Hey everyone would it be okay to burn my Legba candle in my room and set my alter in my dresser? I was going to put it in the basement but I’m afraid it’s a fire hazard and I want to watch the flame. Also if I can burn it in my dresser should I remove the clothes from it. I’m ready to get this party started since its Monday

Would the metal get hot if you were burning it. Because if not. I would take the dresser drawer out. I saw in some pics it was done before on here. I just wouldn't want the metal to get hot on the wood and start a fire.
I would definitely not burn it in my dresser THAT sounds like a fire hazard. I would place on a wooden table. But if not I would place on a black or red cloth on the floor if you don't have carpet. In voodoo they draw the veve on the ground in chalk. So I feel that as long as you are respectful you would be ok he should understand
