So, Tuesday, as I was walking in down town Jackson, MS with my client and co worker. I saw a black older man walking with a dog 🐶. Immediately, I thought about the rite. He stopped to allow us to walk through mentioning were we afraid, and he was not going to let the dog bite us. I wanted to take a picture so bad but I did not want put people in my business. As we got in the car he was still standing there, and proceeded to walk forward but I looked at him twice. He was not a old man but this person had to be in his late 50’s and appeared to be a little incoherent and was still talking and ranting as he walked off. 😳 but I did catch this photo as well that day.
Did the man with the dog happen to disappear after you saw them?
