Have you sent an email with your order number? It takes several days for LaLa to make the candles. It took my third order about three weeks to get to me with the new shipping with Fedex, and it was worth the wait. New improvements with Fedex. Hope this helps!😇😇😇
@B Some items ship more quickly because she already has them in stock. I ordered something on the same day and one shipment shipped in a few days and the other was a few weeks. Sometimes, she is waiting on an ingredient. It is common. I would give it a couple weeks before I would even emailed her.
One thing that I have learned is it is on its way.
