Has anyone ever experienced sleep Paralysis while using a conjure candle? I lit my 5POM early this morning, I had everything set up and was waiting for confirmation. I got up this morning looked at the time on my phone and it was 1:11AM; that was my confirmation. After I did everything I went back to bed and 2hrs in I felt something over me weighing me down and it happened twice this morning. Then I realized my candle flame looks like it was fighting with someone. The noise that it was making and the flame was out of control. The flames calm down before I headed to work about 9am this morning. What are your thoughts?

My daughter gets it a lot, I just bought her a Selenite town to sleep with under her pillow. And she now sleeps fine.

Perhaps your opening the gates also opened your mind's awareness at a level more heightened than your body after you conjured.
I use to get it a lot but haven't in over two years.
This happened after you dismissed the spirits, right?
