Yeah, dont let other forum chats about orders get your discouraged. We dont know what they ordered or how many. Our orders may be bigger than theirs, so be patient.
the emails are auto gen. so you may or may not receive one. You can always see the process of your order on the app & the website. trust me, you’ll get your candles.
I placed mine the 22 don’t worry they will get to yours soon and it will ship if you want to know the status orderissues@theconjure.com and ask about it
Are you in their local state? I live out of state. I initially receive the order confirmation receipt and then I receive the tracking details the week the order ships out. Consistently, It always take a month to ship for me for each order.
Check on the app your orders.make sure the money actually left your account as well possibly
But I haven't recieved order confirmation or the number or anything..
I think if you are stateside you get quicker every where else probably still a month
This happened to me, and I received the order.
Same here! The email says 10-21 days. But the page posted that they were getting the orders out fast!
