If its a Sweetening only candle you can use on a Target, with their picture and your petition. I have used sweetening. It is great to use before any Love work. if its a mixed candle, its different. :) You DO NOT WANT an upset target that is Deadly Attracted to you. If its a DA only candle, you use without other's pictures. DA is for you to attract your desires.
